FREEHOLD —Three Monmouth County men have been indicted on charges of distributing child sexual abuse materials, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni.

A Monmouth County Grand Jury returned the incitements on Monday following unrelated investigations by the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

John Catalano, 33, of Freehold allegedly possessed and distributed more than 25 images of child pornography. He is charged with one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison with mandatory 5-year parole ineligibility.

Timothy Keough, 29, of Asbury Park allegedly possessed and distributed more than 25 images of child pornography. He also has been charged with one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and one count of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in New Jersey State Prison with mandatory 5-year parole ineligibility.

Zhe Bin Zie, 41, of Red Bank was charged with one count of second degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for distributing pornographic images of children. He is also charged with one count of third-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for his possession of child pornography.

All of the accused above, if convicted, would have to register as a sex offender per Megan's Law and be subject to parole supervision for life.

CHARGES ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS. ALL SUSPECTS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
