Two people had to be cut from their vehicle after colliding with another car Sunday at the intersection of New Hampshire Avenue and Route 70, according to the Lakewood Scoop. First responders cut the windshield of the overturned vehicle to rescue the two people trapped inside.

None of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening. One of the victims was taken to Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood. The other person was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune.

The Lakewood Scoop reports the 10 p.m. crash was the third accident on New Hampshire Avenue that day. The other crashes occurred at the intersections of Cedarbridge Avenue and Oak Street.
