According to a new study from Nursa, a digital platform that connects healthcare facilities, they conducted a new study on longevity around the nation, and New Jersey residents got some good news. According to the study, New Jersey finished 4th (tied with New York) for best longevity.

- New Jersey has the fourth-lowest smoking rate, with only 11.75% of residents smoking.
- New Jersey has one of the fewest number of unhealthy food stores in the US, placing 5th in the category with 22.84 unhealthy food stores per 100k people.
- On the flip side, New Jersey has the 7th highest hospital readmission rates (14.93%).
