This Turn Right To Make Left Intersection Drives Me Crazy

Wherever you might travel in New Jersey, Ocean County and Monmouth County, you encounter a turn right to make left..this one drives me crazy in Toms River.

Where am I in Toms River:

It's right at the WAWA along Rt 37 West on the border of Toms River and Manchester. Around 5:00 pm it gets incredibly crazy. I'm not exaggerating I waited about an hour to go about 500 feet just to get to the left lane to make a left!?
