The Point Pleasant Beach Hoffman’s Is Temporarily Closed

In my humble opinion, Hoffman's Ice Cream is one of the best ice cream shops at the Jersey Shore.

I was about to say, "one of the best places to stop in the summer", but let's be honest, why wait for summer to roll around to enjoy some Hoffman's?

If you get a hankering for Hoffman's this winter, though, you'll have to swing by their locations in Monmouth County while the location in Point Pleasant Beach is closed.

Thankfully, it's just temporary.

According to the official Hoffman's Facebook page, the Point Beach location is undergoing extensive renovations.

They're not pegging an official date to reopen at the moment, but they're encouraging fans to follow along on a Facebook page that they put up specifically for the project:
