The Most Fascinating Restaurant In New Jersey Makes List Of Best In America
Most Fascinating Restaurants In America
First, let's define "fascinating". According to Dictionary.com, "of great interest or attraction; enchanting; charming; captivating". So when it comes to a restaurant, I think these are some great ways to describe a great place to dine.

I would like to eat at a place that's described as captivating, charming, and enchanting. So let's see what the pick is for New Jersey in an article from Lovefood by Karlina Valeiko entitled "We've Found The Most Fascinating Restaurant In Every State".
According to Lovefood, "America is overflowing with restaurants with stories to tell, from the finest and most historic diners to humble fast food joints and hole-in-the-wall spots. Pair them with delicious dishes and extraordinary menus, and you've got more than brilliant places to eat – you have experiences you'll talk about for years to come."
As for the pick for New Jersey, Lovefood chose a unique restaurant, Medieval Times in Lyndhurst, New Jersey. I've been to this location and it was a lot of fun! This is not a fine dining location lol this is all about the atmosphere and the fun. "Patrons can savor a delightful four-course meal including garlic bread, a warm cup of tomato bisque, and succulent roast chicken with buttered corn and potatoes. It all culminates in a satisfying dessert, just as the winner of the tournament is crowned."
As for the entertainment, it's all about being transported back to the days of Kings and Queens and Knights and jousting, and the whole family will love it. Each section of the venue gets its own Knight (sectioned by colors), and you root for your Knight. Maybe you get the Green Knight or the Red Knight, it's different every time, but always fun and sometimes you win and sometimes you lose.
Great photo ops for the whole family, and it makes for a great night out with a very unique experience.
Lovefood said, "Experience the magic of a medieval extravaganza in New Jersey, where jousting, knights, royalty, and the art of falconry all come together in a magnificent theatrical dinner show. At Medieval Times, guests dine in a grand arena as majestic horses gallop by and skilled actors bring a thrilling jousting tournament to life."
I can't wait to go back and have another medieval dinner at the castle.
