The Conversations I Overhear–Sue’s Mommy Blog

For the first 5 years I had a Mommy Blog about my daughter Abby’s life and what it was like for me as a first time Mommy.  Well now she’s a 7 year old Diva and I’ve decided to bring back the Mommy Blog.  Her life and what she does is just so funny, it’s too funny not to talk about or write about!  It’s time to share our adventures with you again.  Wow, I can't believe she's almost 8.  Time flies.  Sue's Mommy BlogMy 7 year old is into LOL and texting and being a Rock Star.  She's so funny.  And when we have sleepovers, it's hilarious to listen to Abby and her friends talk about things...all things...boys, music, food and all the giggles.  The boy thing I'm not a big fan of listening to that, but it is cute.  I always jump in and say, "Boys are poopy," you know me!  Then they always say, "Hey are you listening?"....of course I am!

I find that little notes make her smile.  I've been writing notes and putting them in her lunch box for several years, but now I don't do it everyday.  I like to surprise her with them.  And now the "big" second grader writes back notes to me on the notes I send to her, I love it!
