The Ocean County Mall in Toms River is looking amazing and it's great seeing more and more people walking through.

It's about time these retailers and restaurants open at Ocean County Mall.

More plans have been laid out for the Beachwood Mall including road widening, a car wash, as well as the approval of a few other ordinances.

It'll be taking over the location of the former brunch spot Hash House A Go-Go which suddenly closed last year. The new restaurant got preliminary approval from Moorestown officials to open up in lot 1375 in the Moorestown Mall on Monday.

NJ.com reports that last year, in 2023 Walmart had to close 24 stores across the country, including laying off 200 people in the Garden State who worked at a Walmart distribution center. Now, NJ.com is saying that more store closings are in the works for the massive chain.

Recently, another Jersey Shore staple has announced that after nearly 5 decades in business, serving the community and tourists alike, it'll be closing its doors for good.

Closures have been running rampant near the Jersey Shore for the past few weeks. It was announced that Shooters was closing in Ocean County, after ten solid years in business. More on the Shooters closing here. We also learned that Champs Sports is closing at the Ocean County Mall.

A once very popular sports store in the Ocean County Mall is the latest to soon close.

I just want to throw this out there right away, if you're on the road or driving through a residential area and you see a stop sign, you must come to a full stop.
