Mexican food

I'm a big fan of Mexican food, so I think that the "fast casual" Mexican trend of the last two decades or so has been one of the best things to happen to lunch time in a long time.

Over the weekend my Polish friends hosted a lovely brunch complete with kielbasa and pierogis.  They were a delicious treat that I was grateful for.  But in talking with them, I realized I never serve this ethnic food myself.  I grew up with it...
