It's no secret that I have a large amount of Irish heritage and that St. Patrick's Day is one of my favorite Holidays.

Have you ever come across a place that has your name? I have and may or may not tell people I own it because of the coincidence. If you're looking for a perfect New Year's Eve plan, Shannon Rose is absolutely it.

Many will plan on a Thursday night out to celebrate the St. Patrick’s Day Holiday with a few adult beverages and dressing in green. I’ve heard of the years, by the way, that in Ireland, they do not celebrate as we do. So, it’s more of an excuse for us to go out.
