Today is the first official day of summer and what celebrates the season better than a food festival. After ample research it has been determined that this is the very best food festival in the state of New Jersey and you don’t want to miss it!

We were all ready for some fun this weekend. Of course, we will be celebrating Mom on Sunday, but on Saturday I was all about the Toms River Food Fest in downtown Toms River. I mean, hello…it is a FOOD FEST! What could be better than eating your face off on the weekend? We will have to wait for this one guys...

Saturday, May 5th …. Toms River Fire Company #1 presents the Toms River Food Fest along Washington Street in Toms River from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. with food trucks, live music, free children's rides and a beer and wine garden.

On Saturday, May 6th from 11am to 8pm, Washington Street in downtown Toms River will be closed to celebrate the Semiquincentennial of Toms River, which is free and open to the public.
