I openly admit that I complain a lot. And a good bit of the complaining that I do in these pages centers on people's highway habits.But there is one habit in particular that I haven't had a chance to write about yet. And it's something that I think is worse than just about everything else that one can do on the roads.

While you move your car aside to let an emergency vehicle fly past, how can you be sure that it isn't a used rig with a terrorist or a thief behind the wheel?
