If you love Italian food, who doesn't, and you are looking for a new way to experience Italian that you can bring home and enjoy, then you may want to visit the Sunday Gravy Company in Little Egg Harbor. They have been open for a short time, but we finally got in to try and the experience was delicious.

What Is The Sunday Gravy Company?

Simply put, you build your own pasta bowls. You choose the ingredients and sauces. “Create Your Own Pasta” experience.

  • First, choose your pasta.
  • Second, select your sauce. Creamy alfredo, pomodoro, vodka blush, "new" bolognese.
  • Third, choose (2) extras. Meatball, traditional Italian sausage hot or sweet, herb grilled chicken, turkey & sundried tomato meatball, sauteed garlic spinach, buttered herb mushrooms, oven-roasted cherry tomatoes, buttery green peas, roasted red peppers, oven-roasted garlic.
  • Fourth, add cheese. Herb ricotta cheese, shaved parmesan cheese, Sunday Gravy cheese blend, garlic herb mozzarella.
  • Fifth, add a crunch. Toasted herb focaccia crumbs, bacon bread crumbs.
