S'more Truffles

3 cups confectionary sugar
7ounces fluff
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 package crumbled graham crackers
5 tbs softened butter

-Combine fluff, butter, confectionary sugar, and vanilla in a mixer
-Refrigerate mix for at least 30 minutes
-Roll mixture into balls and let set in the freezer
-Melt chocolate and oil in a crock pot
-Dip the balls into chocolate and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs

Refrigerate and let harden. Enjoy!
