Do you love going to concerts? I do enjoy going to shows, and over the years, I have seen many concerts and all kinds of music. There is something electric about going to a show and seeing music performed live.

My first ever concert was in Philadelphia at the old Spectrum venue. I went to see Cheap Trick with UFO, and it set me up to want to see many more shows over the past 50 years.

My Wife and I went to our first show together, and it was the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels Tour. Over the years, we have seen many shows together.

One Concert I had tickets for but then decided not to go to was Live Aid. I do regret not going to that legendary show in Philadelphia.

I do admit that now one thing I don’t enjoy is outdoor concerts in the heat. I do not like boiling in the sun these days, and I’ll pass on long, late summer shows in the sun.

Some concerts I wish I had seen: The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Hendricks, The Cars, Chuck Berry, BB King, Sly and the Family Stone, Lynyrd Skynyrd, XTC, just to name a few.

I decided to ask you at home, “What band would you love to see this summer here in New Jersey?”
