Still No Tenant in the Former 7-11 on Fischer Blvd in Toms River, NJ
So recently I was traveling along Fischer Blvd in Toms River when I noticed that still there is no tenant for the former 7-11. A while back I did an article about the 7-11 closing and what might be next for this location and it appears nothing yet.

Obviously, this is a "pricey" location. Fischer Blvd is a prime road in Toms River and any business looking to get into this spot will have to pay. So with the pandemic, economic times, etc., it's not that surprising that this location does remain open for a future business here in Ocean County.
So we return to the original question, what do we want for this location along Fischer Blvd in Toms River? If you have any suggestions please post your questions below in the comments section, we always entertain your thoughts.
When I look at a property like this I think that much of the work is already done. The building is already built (yes it will take an interior re-do to transform into whatever it is to become) and the parking lot is paved and signage is there for a remodel. So unless you plan to demolish and start over, there is an existing structure to deal with. Yes, even though this is expensive, it is a high-traffic area.
We will keep you posted on any news about this business opportunity and if there are any hints as to future endeavors. As of now, I have no intel to share. Only time will tell.
