Is the winner a local?  Is it one of the thousands of people passing through to enjoy our Jersey Shore beaches?  Someone bought a ticket in Ocean County and is a millionaire (and does not even know it yet)!

A Mega Millions ticket was sold in Point Pleasant Beach and as Dr. Evil from Austin Powers would say, they won one millllllion dollars.

Last night’s drawing could have broken records for New Jersey if someone scored the whole shebang. But two one-million-dollar tickets being won in our state is pretty sweet.

The Point Pleasant ticket did match the five white balls.  According to The Patch, it was sold at the Circle K, located at 200 Richmond Ave., in Point Pleasant Beach.  Was it you?  Was it you?  So was it?

In case you want to check your tickets, the winning numbers for the Tuesday, July 26, drawing are 07, 29, 60, 63, and 66. The Gold Mega Ball was 15, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 03.

The Mega Millions jackpot is now on steroids.  It has increased to more than $1 billion for our Friday, July 29th  drawing.  I’m so getting a ticket for this bad boy.

There was other New Jersey luck on this one too, in addition to the $1 million ticket, someone in Spring Lake Heights has won $30,000 by matching 4 out of the 5 white balls and the Mega.  It was sold at PJ's Car Wash, 2000 Route 35 at Allaire Road, Spring Lake Heights.  Congrats to the winners…you could be next!
