Six Flags Great Adventure Unveils Drive-Thru Holiday Light Event

In what can be described as a very unusual year (to put it lightly), our friends over at Six Flags Great Adventure have been continuing to come up with great solutions to adjust their events to accommodate this year's safety guidelines.

In that spirit, the park's super popular Holiday in the Park holiday light display event will add an in-car option for the 2020 edition.

In a Monday press release, Six Flags Great Adventure gave us the details on this year's "Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience" which will run on weeknights for three weeks starting after the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Great Adventure folks said that the drive-thru event will allow families to stay in their cars while they drive through the park itself to check out the million-plus holiday lights throughout the park.

Six Flags says that Great Adventure's Holiday in the Park Drive-Thru Experience will be, "...one of the largest holiday drive-thru events in the Northeast and the only one inside a theme park".

As for when you can bundle the kids into the family car and check it out, the drive-thru portion of Holiday in the Park will run Monday through Thursday nights from Monday, November 30th to Thursday, December 17th.

As with all events at Six Flags Great Adventure this year, you'll need to make reservations ahead of time, which you can do by clicking here starting on Wednesday (November 25th) at 12 Noon.
