County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford says investigators from her office and local police in three adjacent communities took part, along with members of the county Regional SWAT Team and K-9 units.

Searches of homes on Baylor Street in South Toms River; Admiral Avenue in Beachwood; and First Avenue in Berkeley Township on December 7 resulted in the arrest of Bobby Hardy, 41, South Toms River; Randall Stubbs, 29, and George Parker, 53, of Berkeley Township; and Clarence Grant, 29, and Nicole Villa, 28, of Beachwood.

Investigators say they seized more than an ounce of raw heroin, about 13 grams of cocaine, Roxicet and Zanax tablets, packaging materials associated with drugs, and about $8,400 cash.

They also searched and identified four vehicles as being connected to the operation - a 2003 green Chevrolet Suburban, a 2005 tan Lincoln Continental, a 2012 white Honda Pilot and a 1999 red Buick Regal.

Hardy was charged on six related counts and had bail set at $250,000. Stubbs faces two possession charges with $15,000 bail. Grant, Villa and Parker were released on summonses.

A Tuesday search of an Ardmore Avenue house in South Toms River yielded heroin, psilocybin and less than 50 grams of marijuana, along with a digital scale and about $1,000 cash.

Joseph McCall, 27, was released on a summons after being charged with five drug-related counts.
