The word spread in a big way yesterday that our good friend (or nemesis, depending on which side of the "Jersey Shore" debate you fall) Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is one of the newest residents of Ocean County, closing on a waterfront home in the Silverton section of the township.

With a relatively modest price tag for a slice of Ocean County waterfront heaven, records show that the sale closed for under a million dollars. $850,000, to be exact.

I mean, it's not exactly a bargain price for most of us, but hey, a house on the water in a relatively quiet section of town for under a million, good on you, Snooks!

So, what will a price tag of just south of seven figures get you?

Well, thanks to a little light investigating, we can show you.
