A Beautiful Jersey Shore Upgrade May Be Close To Reality

The Jersey Shore is like a "work in progress". Living here most of my life, it seems like the "Shore" seems to be constantly changing and updating as some places and destinations become old and in need of repair or replacement. It's just a part of life at the beach, you can count on things changing. It's about drawing tourists, upgrading, and money. The Atlantic Ocean is a hot commodity and you shouldn't be surprised when new projects go up to draw consumers. No one wants to vacation in an ugly beach town, don't think this is a big surprise.

One beach town that has been going through a "rebrand" is the once-party town of Seaside Heights. Seaside Heights has gone through Hurricane Sandy, fire, and more and now the Ocean County town has rebuilt its boardwalk and surrounding area and added fantastic places to eat, and now is getting closer to adding a beautiful new hotel. According to various reports from the Daily Voice and NJ.com, Seaside Heights is looking to replace three motels (Surfside, Glendale, and Dry Dock Motels) and replace it with what they are calling Hotel Cinazza. According to the Daily Voice, "In a 6-0 vote last month, Seaside Heights council members approved the designation of a Boston-based redeveloper for the hotel, to be built on the Lincoln Avenue and Ocean Terrace lots where Dry Dock, Glendale, and Surfside motels currently stand."

The developer 6M Development described the project and some of the amenities it will offer:

• the contemporary beachfront oasis will combine modern elegance and coastal charm
• beachfront dining
• rooftop pool
