Seaside Heights Closes Beaches Until Further Notice

As restrictions continue to tighten in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak,. officials in one of Ocean County's most popular beach towns ordered their beaches closed until further notice.

On Monday afternoon, Seaside Heights posted an announcement from Mayor Anthony Vaz to Facebook saying that the township's ocean and bay beaches will be closed for the foreseeable future:
