Rocky the bobcat got loose again after being returned to its owner three weeks ago from the Popcorn Park Zoo for committing similar infractions. Stafford Township Police told NBC10 News that a neighbor complained that the the big hybrid feline was running at large after escaping Saturday. The owner, Ginny Fine retrieved the pet an hour later and was issued a summons by the township's animal control official.

Fine is scheduled to make an appearance on the matter in Stafford Municipal Court on June 13.

However, when Rocky was allowed to return to fine, she guaranteed that Rocky would not get loose in the future. In fact, Rocky's plight drew national attention and donations for Fine so that she could purchase the materials to build a special enclosure for Rocky.
