I love this story.

Former Rivoli's owner, Tony Rivoli, is opening a new restaurant on Hooper Avenue called 'Riv's Toms River Hub.' This restaurant will feature a sensory-friendly dining room, which is extra special because it was inspired by his grandson Chase, who has autism.

The Asbury Park Press reported that when the restaurant was being built, Chase's Mom, Monica, noticed how much calmer her son was when he was in the private party room, rather than out in the restaurant. That room will now be known as 'Chase's Friends Zone.' It will only seat 45 diners and will have sensory-friendly lighting, menu options, and a private entrance.

This is amazing, and will make dining out an activity that everyone can enjoy!
