The realtor wrote to me and said, "That pink house" in Toms River is for sale, and finally, we can see what that cool house looks like inside. That pool and a little bit of grass on the water? I'll take it.

OK, look I can "dream". For $819,000, in my opinion, you could have the coolest house on the block. I just hope if you buy it, you won't change the color. Let's take a tour of the house together.
