Popular food truck opens in Brick this Friday

Foodies, the grand opening of the Empanada Guy's food truck in Brick finally happens this Friday, according to his Facebook Page.

The truck will be located in the parking lot of Ocean Ice Palace at 197 Chambersbridge Road.

The truck will be open Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the schedule subject to change.

"I want to take the time to thank Brick Twp leaders for giving me and others the opportunity to run a food truck business. I will do my best to produce the best products I can on a daily basis & help generate economic traffic for the community. It's going to be a great summer," said the Empanada Guy on his Facebook Page.
