Police looking for bank robber in Barnegat
BARNEGAT – The Barnegat Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying a man that allegedly robbed a bank in the township.
Police say that the individual walked into the M&T Bank in a plaza on 580 North Main Street and handed a teller the teller a note and then went on his way.
The contents of the note and how much money he made off with was not disclosed by police.
No weapon was seen at any point during the robbery.
The man was last seen wearing a blue oxford shirt, dark pants, sneakers, and a baseball cap.
