Point Pleasant Beach Police bust smoke shop for selling to minors
Point Pleasant Beach detectives conducted an undercover operation at Noble's Smoke Shop on July 13, following complaints from residents that minors were being sold vaping products.
During the operation, there were three undercover officers who were able to successfully purchase vaping products posing as underage individuals.
One employee from Noble's Smoke Shop was charged with three counts of 2C:33-13.1A for the sale of nicotine products to individuals under the age of 21.
The Point Pleasant Beach Police Department said that they will continue to be vigilant in enforcing the laws regarding the sale of e-cigarette and vaping products to those who are under the age of 21.
