We found out earlier over the weekend that the Lamp Post Inn on Rt. 9 in Pine Beach has been sold.

This location is located along Rt. 9 in Pine Beach, right between Beachwood and Bayville. It could be a great spot for another great restaurant or something else. I do know we can't have another empty building on Rt. 9.
