My condolences are with the entire Parascandolo/ Ladonea family. Nicolangelo "Nick" Parascandolo Ladonea the owner and operator of Vinnie's Pizza and Sub's unexpectedly passed away on Monday, January 11th. He was a kind man and just the other day I had the pleasure of interviewing him about his restaurant on the television show, SHOW US EVERYTHING. WATCH BELOW:

Very sad to think I was just spending time with Nick, however, I am thankful I had the opportunity to highlight his business. He had a tremendous passion for his restaurant. He and his wife raised a wonderful family. Every time you step into Vinnies Pizza and Sub's you are greeted by kind individuals. Growing up in Wall Township, it's nice knowing a family like the Parascandolo's are operating a business in my hometown. The Parascandolo's at Vinnie's Pizza & Sub's are truly great people and I wish them nothing but the best during a sad time.
