Ocean County, What’s Up With the Dragonflies

Maybe it's just in my yard?  Do you have dragonflies everywhere when the sun is going down?

I guess it's a good thing, but they sort of come flying down at us.  I've read about what attracts them and if you want them in your back yard..CLICK HERE are tips for you!

I have an above ground pool and water seems to attract them also I have a lot of beach plants around, too.  They are beautiful to watch fly around.

It's rather funny though, to see the kids run from them!  They've actually run in the house away from them!  I say, "Dragonflies will not hurt you...they eat mosquitoes"!
