Ocean County Decides: Pool or Beach?

Yesterday, I asked visitors to the WOBM Facebook page whether they prefer cooling off at the pool or the beach on a hot summer day. The results are in!

Team Pool won by a landslide with 28 votes! Team Beach came in with 15 votes. 3 listeners loved the beach and the pool! 2 voters stated that they liked to cool down with air conditioner in their own home.

As for me - I'm also one of those who appreciate both! As one commenter pointed out, I like the breeze you feel by the ocean. On the other hand, when you're at the pool it's usually at your house or the home of a family member or friend, so you have the luxury of no crowds, and a little more freedom to do what you want.

I hope we have many more sunny days to enjoy the pool and beach this Summer!
