New Memorial for Jason Marles in Ocean Gate

This weekend the Borough of Ocean Gate along with "Where Angels Play Foundation" will be honoring fallen hero Jason Marles with a new playground.

With the help of volunteers, construction for the  "Jay Marles Memorial Park" will begin Friday and end Sunday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Jason Marles was tragically killed on Thanksgiving morning in 2010 on his way home from work.

The playground will be located at the corner of Wildwood Avenue and East Longbranch Avenue. The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on this Sunday, August 2nd at 11a.m.

This is an amazing gift for Ocean Gate and what a great way to celebrate his life!
