New Article Says Ocean County Has New Jersey’s Best Fall Escape

Everybody knows that here in Ocean County we have the best summer getaways in the whole state, but a recent article is also touting us as having the Garden State's best fall getaway, too.

MSN set out to name The Best Budget-Friendly Fall Escape in Each State, with popular autumn destinations like Plymouth, MA (a perfect Thanksgiving destination, of course) and Fairbanks, AK (sure, it'll be cold but check out those Northern Lights!).

As for New Jersey, they singled out Long Beach Island for the Garden State's perfect fall spot.

Here's what they had to say about LBI in the autumn:

No one is ever going to confuse LBI with a low-budget destination, but you are much more likely to score deals in cute Beach Haven in autumn. Yes, the majority of the temporary summer residents have departed, meaning you'll have more of the beach to yourself and fewer people in the background of your Barnegat Lighthouse selfie.
