It's National Women's Health Week, and every day this week I will write a blog about you and me celebrating our health.

National Women's Health Week  brings together communities, businesses, government, health organizations, and other groups in an effort to promote women's health and its importance. It also empowers women to make their health a priority and encourages them to improve their physical and mental health and lower their risks of certain diseases.  There are 5 steps the US Health Department would like every woman to do this week.  Every day I'll give you 1.

The fourth step to a healthier you...pay attention to your mental health, meaning your sleep habits and your relaxation.
