Lakehurst man in trouble again for fondling himself in front of children
It's a disturbing case of deja vu for a Lakehurst man who has been accused again of inappropriately touching himself in front of children who were out playing on their front lawn.
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer announced Monday that Richard Davis, 66, is being charged with two counts of Sexual Assault and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Davis was arrested late last week after a concerned parent called Lakehurst Police about a man touching himself in front of his two young children who were playing the front yard of their home.
An investigation by the Lakehurst Police Department identified Davis as the individual.
Davis was then arrested and charged, and transported to the Ocean County Jail where he is presently lodged pending a detention hearing.
In May of 2019, Davis was arrested after inappropriately touching himself in front of a child at Lake Horicon.
The child's mother called police and Davis was then charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
