Jonas Brothers Surprise Fan in Hospital

This story absolutely warms my heart.

Lily Jordan was heartbroken to find out she would have to miss the Jonas Brothers concert she originally planned to go to, due to the chemotherapy she was undergoing. Jordan decided to make a post on social media inviting the group to her hospital room. After many retweets and shares, the post caught the brothers' attention, and they stopped by Lily's hotel room before the show. Click here to check out the footage from Milton S.
