For years in concert, Bon Jovi has accompanied performances of "I Got the Girl" to home movies of Jon Bon Jovi's daughter, Stephanie, dancing as a young girl. But during their band's show in Las Vegas last Saturday, he brought her out to showcase her moves.

The video, which was found by NBC's Today show, is embedded above. During the breakdown midway through the song, Bon Jovi said, "Everybody’s got a little girl in their life -- their daughter, their girlfriend, their wife, their momma. But it all goes by so fast. And they start out as little bitty babies and their future's looking bright. And I wrote this song for that little baby, who's now not such a little baby anymore." He then notes how many members of his band have daughters before jumping back into the tune. Stephanie, now 23, makes her appearance at the 4:56 mark. The two dance for a little less than a minute, after which they hug and kiss.

David Bergman, the official tour photographer, captured the moment, and the band are selling it, and other pictures from the show, online.

Released on 2000's Crush, "I Got the Girl" is an ode to his daughter, with lyrics like "If I was a holy man I'd get down on my knees / So the angels that watch over her would give a break to me" and "The queen of hearts will always be / A five-year-old princess to me to me."

Bon Jovi's tour in support of This House Is Not for Sale continues Saturday night (March 4) at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix. It will wrap up at the Pepsi Center in Denver on April 14. Check out all the dates for Bon Jovi tickets here.
