Well, after many rumors it looks like the old MTV "Jersey Shore" crew are officially back in the area creeping around our boardwalks and beaches.

Not only have there been sightings and speculation, but the Asbury Park Press straight up confirms that they've been spotted filming at both Jenkinson's Boardwalk in Point Pleasant Beach and in Asbury Park.

We all know by now that they're not exactly welcome back where it all started in Seaside Heights, but it would appear that they're just working around the Seaside ban and hitting up other beaches and boardwalks instead.

First of all there's the obvious question of, do you think that the return of the "Jersey Shore" cast to our area is a good thing, or a bad thing?

I won't argue that with attention comes tourism. But there's the bigger question of whether that attention is good for us or not.

There are an awful lot of people outside of our area who believe they know what Ocean County is all about based off of the worst moments of the original show.

So what do you think? Should Snooki and crew be welcomed back with open arms, or should we not give them the attention that they so clearly desire? Comment below and chime in!
