Today, Jenkinson's announced on their Facebook Page that the Amusement Park will be opening on Thursday, July 2nd (almost a week away!) According to the post, the park will be open at 50% capacity, and there will be other health guidelines to follow. Jenkinson's explained on the Facebook Post that they will inform everyone of the guidelines once they get information from the state. Visit their website for more information.

It's finally starting to feel more like summer here at the Jersey Shore! Boardwalk amusement parks are a huge part of the season for my family. Even though I'm too old to ride many of the rides, it's nice to know that other families will be able to have this experience this year. I'm sure many kids will love visiting the amusement park after being stuck at home over the last few months.

It also gives peace of mind to know that Jenkinson's is putting safety first and is only opening at 50% capacity - that will allow visitors to practice social distancing, and is still very important.

Are you planning on visiting Jenkinson's Amusement Park this summer? Which ride will you or the kids run to first?
