Kyle Edelstein of Pennsauken

Kyle Edelstein was charged on February 1st with second-degree possession of CSAM. He was previously charged with two counts each of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, and lewdness.

On January 21st, the Haddon Township Police Department responded to a report of a man who was allegedly committing a lewd act in public while in the presence of young girls. During an investigation, detectives said they ultimately identified the man as Edelstein.

He was arrested in Haddon Township on January 27th and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility. Detectives said they located various electronic devices belonging to Edelstein, which contained over 1,000 images and/or videos of CSAM.

Charles Buran of Cherry Hill

Charles Buran was charged on February 4th with second-degree distribution of CSAM, second-degree possession with intent to distribute CSAM, and third-degree possession of CSAM.

Authorities said a cyber tip led detectives to an online account used to possess and distribute CSAM, and during their work, they identified Buran as the user of the account. Additionally, a search of his cell phone allegedly revealed CSAM.

Buran was arrested in Cherry Hill on February 4th and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.

Davin Kahoun of Gloucester Twp.

Davin Kahoun was charged on February 24th with second-degree distribution of CSAM, second-degree possession with intent to distribute CSAM, and third-degree possession of CSAM.

Prosecutors said a cyber tip led detectives to an online account used to possess and distribute CSAM; they ultimately identified Kahoun as the user of the account.

Kahoun was arrested on February 24th and remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
