Working from home definitely has its perks. There's no commute, no sitting in New Jersey traffic, and no spending money on gas, which is a huge win, especially with prices being so high right now.
It also gives workers a lot more flexibility. Same with hybrid schedules.

We came in 6th overall, but 2nd for work environment, with a total score of 65.31 compared to the #1 state, Utah, which had a total score of 70.07.
