Trader Joe’s Expanding In New Jersey With New Stores Planned In 4 Towns
If you're the type of person who can't leave Trader Joe's without spending way more than you planned, you're probably going to like this news.
The grocery chain is preparing to expand its New Jersey footprint again, and it looks like several new stores could be coming to our area over the next few years.

For many shoppers, Trader Joe's isn't just another grocery store. It's the place you stop for frozen dinners that somehow taste restaurant-quality, snacks you can't find anywhere else, and random items you never knew you needed until they landed in your cart.
Now it looks like even more New Jersey residents may soon have one a little closer to home.
A New Trader Joe's Could Be Coming To Parsippany
One of the newest locations appears to be headed to Parsippany.
The company has confirmed plans for a store there, although it hasn't announced an exact location or opening date yet. According to NJ Biz, the store could end up at the Morris Hills Shopping Center along Route 46.
Let's be honest. People will drive a surprisingly long distance for Trader Joe's. Whether it's the frozen orange chicken, the mini ice cream cones, the cookie butter, or whatever seasonal item everyone is suddenly talking about online, shoppers tend to have their favorites.

More Trader Joe's Stores Are On The Way In New Jersey
Parsippany isn't the only town getting some Trader Joe's love.
The company has already confirmed plans for a store in downtown Jersey City as part of the massive new development at 55 Hudson Street. That location is expected to open in 2027.
Trader Joe's is also planning stores in Montvale and West Orange, although there's still no word on when those locations will officially open.
At the moment, New Jersey is home to 20 Trader Joe's stores, including locations in Freehold, Shrewsbury, Hoboken, Middletown, Brick, Princeton, Wayne, Paramus, Westfield, and several other towns.
The fact that four more stores are in the works says a lot about how popular the chain has become here.
For shoppers, it means fewer long drives, shorter trips for grocery runs, and more opportunities to grab those favorite Trader Joe's products before they disappear from shelves. And if you're a regular Trader Joe's customer, you already know that's reason enough to get excited.
