A few weeks ago I told you about a local New Jersey business that seems to have met the unfortunate fate of closing its doors.

The sandwich shop Couple House Subs seemed to close up shop out of nowhere and since its closure back in November the building has sat pretty much vacant.

That is until just the other day.

Last week I was driving down 37 headed to Seaside Heights, and just happened to look out my window as I passed the former Couple House Subs location.

No longer did the sign have the old restaurant's name on it, but rather something new.

Personally, I think this place is a welcomed addition to Ocean County because it doesn't seem like there are a ton of places like this around.

When I lived in Central PA for a few years there were tons of these places and they were delicious so it's nice to see more opening up near the Jersy Shore.

It's the kind of place where you can get authentic Middle Eastern Food at a reasonable price.

So, What New Business Is Coming To Toms River New Jersey?

There are a few places similar to the one opening in Toms River such as Baladina, and Royal Grill 37, but it's always nice to have options right?

As far as an open date is concerned, it doesn't look like anything is set in stone quite yet, but when I called the shop they said they're opening soon.

The second week of January seems to be what they are aiming for.

It's always great to see another local business open its doors in Ocean County!
