You're familiar with the Farm Store in Beachwood, right? It sits off 9, across the street from CVS, and it's been there for years at this point. And for the most part, it seems like it's just been sitting empty.

I think it was open for business for a few months back in 2024, but for as long as I can remember, the red store with the drive-thru has sat empty.

What Should Open Up At The Former Farm Store In Beachwood, NJ?

I know that Seven Brew has been expanding around Ocean County, and the old Farm Store would have the perfect infrastructure in place for a drive-thru only coffee shop, so that could be cool.

I'm a big fan of smoked meats and BBQ, so a new barbecue joint to eat at would be cool too, even if it was just a place like Mission BBQ.
