How Cool! Taco-Tastic Is Opening A Drive-Thru Taco Shop In Toms River

So when it comes to tacos I am pretty easygoing, there's not much I don't like about the fillings. I'm probably not alone. I like the obvious, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, olive, avocado, hot sauce, etc. That's probably a typical taco, right? One thing I do prefer though is a "soft" shell. I prefer soft tacos to hard tacos. That's not to say that I won't eat hard tacos, but if given the choice I'll go with a nice soft taco wrap. What's your preference when it comes to tacos?

Now that we have talked about what we love about our tacos, let's talk about a new taco drive-thru that's coming to Ocean County. The former Farm Store drive-thru location on Route 37 across from Wawa that closed is now getting a facelift and is going to be a brand new taco drive-thru. Local taco franchise Taco-Tastic is going to be opening a new taco drive-thru conveniently located on Route 37 (Eastbound).

Taco-Tastic has several locations including:

• Formerly Tacolicious 793 Fischer Blvd. Toms River
• 207 Main St. Toms River
• 344 Route 9 Lanoka Harbor
• 1020 Ocean Terrace (on the boardwalk) Seaside Heights

According to their website, "We are a family and locally owned business that is currently celebrating our grand opening in Toms River, NJ. Our owner has 9 years of industry experience. We offer convenient dine-in and carryout options. Taco-Tastic is a family-friendly restaurant that allows you to create your own authentic Mexican meals. We provide quick service, a clean atmosphere, and authentic, home-style cooking served with pleasure by our friendly staff."

Recently I was traveling on Route 37 when I noticed their new set-up for the "drive-thru" and saw that it's marked "coming soon" We will try to keep you up to date on that. Good luck to a local family-owned business as they expand and grow. I will be driving through for a few tacos myself.
