Holmdel Police have arrested a second man in connection to vehicle break-ins and a van being stolen near Chestnut Ridge Road in February.

Matthew Dimarco, Cranford, has been charged with three counts of Burglary, one count of Credit Card Theft and one count of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.

These charges stem from vehicle break-ins and a van being stolen in the area on February 2.

Police had previously arrested Oleksandr Stadnytskyy on March 8 and charged him with similar offenses related to the same events.

Holmdel Police are urging all residents to take appropriate caution, lock your vehicles and bring the keys into the house encourage residents to call the police immediately if they notice any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.
