
Heavy Rains Cause Flooding In Monmouth, Ocean Counties
Heavy rains on Monday afternoon caused flooding in areas of Monmouth and Ocean counties.
In Long Branch cars were reported by the Patch of Long Branch on Ocean Avenue, Westwood Avenue, Atlantic Avenue and Long Branch Avenue. 6 vehicles were also flooded out near City Hall.
Toms River had its share of problems with flooding on Vaughan Avenue between Windsor and Adams, 37 and Garfield, Dickson avenue, Hazelwood Road and Washington Avenue in Ortley Beach.
