Daniel Jorgensen, 32, pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree lewdness charge, and will serve the time in his home town of Minneapolis, according to the office of Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner. He was also orderd to submit fingerprints and a DNA sample.

Investigators said that the incident, involving a child under age 13, occurred while Owl City was on tour. Jorgensen's 2015 indictment carried charges related to luring and criminal sexual contact.

In court, the victim related the impact of the experience, and its blunting effect on her ability to lead a normal teen life. The Court acknowledged that Jorgensen had no criminal record, but found "significant" need to curb his behavior.

It's all right, Officer - not

A tryst with an 11-year-old girl means up to five years in prison and sex-offender evaluation for a 27-year-old pharmacy technician from Atco.

Euno Roque-Guerrero pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child by sexual conduct, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner.

Roque-Guerrero is also subject to Megan's Law registration, parole supervision for life, forfeiture of his technician's license, and possible deportation when his prison term is over. He's been incarcerated since his February arrest. Sentencing is scheduled for September 29.

According to investigators, Roque-Guerrero was in a car with the girl in a shopping plaza on South Whitehorse Pike on February 20 of this year, when Hammonton police approached.

Officers responding to the suspicious-vehicle report asked Roque-Guerrero if he and the girl were related, and he responded yes, explaining that they were in a car because their age difference prevented them from going to either's home, authorities said.

Hammonton Police and ACPO Special Victims Unit Detective Dan Choe learned that the two were dating. Authorities said that Roque-Guerrero admitted kissing and touching the girl's buttocks.

Atlantic County Chief Prosecutor John Flammer leads the state's case.

Charges are accusations. Defendants are presumed innocent unless, and until, found guilty in a court of law.
