Euno Roque-Guerrero was handed the penalty December 15 for his guilty plea to a third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child by sexual conduct, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner's office.

Roque-Guerrero also agreed to forfeit his registration as a pharmacy technician, to register as a sex offender under Megan's Law, and to undergo lifetime parole supervision.

Roque-Guerrero has been in custody since February 20, when Hammonton police took a close look at a vehicle they considered suspicious, in the rear parking area of a shopping center on South Whitehorse Pike, at about 11:54 PM.

Police said that they observed Roque-Guerrero and the preteen in the car. Asked if they were related, and if they were dating, Roque-Guerrero allegedly replied in the affirmative, and explained that their age difference kept them away from their houses.

Investigators determined that the two were in a dating relationship. Roque-Guerrero allegedly admitted kissing and touching the girls buttocks.

Atlantic County Chief Assistant Prosecutor John Flammer conducted the government's case.
